The technical college for agriculture Novo Mesto is the largest of its type in Slovenia and has the center of gravity in practical learning. Therfore the school organizes excursions in cooperation with important agriculture producers. The school in Novo Mesto teaches all sections of farming (stock breeding, tillage, dairy farming, fruit-growing, viniculture etc.) and has for cultivation already 2 Vogel&Noot devices in operation – 1 power harrow Arterra MS 300 and 1 front cultivator TerraMix 300.
To measure up to the practical center of gravity Vogel&Noot presented on 4 March 2010 the whole production of the plough – from the raw material up to the finished plough. Furthermore the students get a overview of the product program of Vogel&Noot and therewith a useful presentation about the several facets of tillage. Finally it has been shown how a plough can be navigated by a tractor.
