Vogel & Noot has been associated with the plough since its establishment in 1872, more than 135 years ago. Today, Vogel&Noot is the largest manufacturer of ploughs in the EU. The ©plus range of ploughs has made an outstanding name for itself in more than 45 countries both within and outside Europe.
Over the past eleven years, Vogel&Noot has produced more than 4,000 agricultural machines in a newly established plough factory in Mosonmagyarovar, close to the Austrian border. The high level of in-house manufacture is a further secret of the company‘s success. High-quality special steels are cut, shaped, pressed, forged, welded, hardened and heat-treated, machined, fitted and neatly painted.
The original factory in Wartberg in the Austrian province of Styria is the expertise forge.
Construction, logistics and sales – as well as the production of wearing parts, rotary harrows, seed drills and mulching devices – represent a significant component of Vogel&Noot soil solutions. The strategic goal of the company is to expand its dominance in ploughs. At the same time, Vogel&Noot is concentrating, with increasing success, upon secondary soil processing equipment.
This is taken into account in the new Vogel&Noot TerraIn arable farming concept, in which sensitive agricultural issues – such as the retention of soil fertility – are given particular consideration in the technical design of new products and in application consultation.
