The VN TerraFlex 500 is very flexible regarding operation and equipment.

The cultivation family Terra of Vogel & Noot consists of the 3 series TerraMix, TerraFlex and TerraCult. The from the " Landwirt"-team tested 3-beam TerraFlex is the all-rounder of the family and is also called "universal cultivator".
The TerraFlex can be constitute with several share forms for smooth stubble processing up to a 25 cm deep processing with intensive incorporation of large quantities harvest remains. The operation spectrum is very broad. He's a devices which can be integrated excellent in conventional as well as in conserved conditions.

Good incorporation and mixing
Although his incorporation of e.g. large straw quantities can't be compared with the TerraCult the crumbling and incorporation effect have been praised by the test drivers. He has no bloackge at "normal" operation conditions.
Good reconsolidation
The Landwirt-team tested the cultivator with two different rollers. The Terrapak-roller is characterized in the opposite to the tapered tube roller by a very high reconsolidation and a better crushing effect which is ideal for dry locations. The diameter of the Terrapak-roller is 600 mm. The relative new tapered tube roller is suited for light soils and has a diameter of 660 mm and a higher loading capacity. Furthermore she's inured to stones. Both rollers worked during the whole test time in normal operation conditions failure-free.

Result
The 3-beam TerraFlex of Vogel & Noot can be combined with several share forms and rollers which makes him very flexible. He is putting low requirements to lifting and driving force of a tractor as it is in the case of his 4-beam brother TerraCult.
Who does not have to incorporate lots of harvest remains and who does not see mulch sowing and depth loosening in the fore is due to the weight problems well advised with the TerraFlex than the TerraCult.
